Who We Are
Snow Lion Beads was started by students at Kanying Monastery in partnership with local family artisans in Boudha, Nepal. Our intention was to provide a platform to support and promote local craftsmen in the Boudha area while sharing Nepal's ancient tradition of spiritual craftsmanship through high-quality, ethically sourced, handmade mala bead necklaces and bracelets.
As part of our mission, we never outsource, mass-produce, or white-label any of our pieces. Every item you purchase from our shop directly supports local Nepali artists, families, and small businesses in the Kathmandu Valley.
